Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Shopify’s discounted carrier rates.

Free Shipping
Orders of 2 or more Lightning Loops qualify for free shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Restrictions

Lightning Loop currently ships only within the contiguous United States.
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, and we do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the link provided in your email or directly on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Carriers

We currently ship exclusively with UPS and USPS to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective service options.

  • UPS offers expedited and premium delivery options.

  • USPS provides a lower-cost option that many customers prefer for standard shipping.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasions when shipping is delayed due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, holidays, or carrier issues). If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Missing or Lost Packages

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@lightninglooppickleball.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery location.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@lightninglooppickleball.com.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
