Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped along with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Economy Shipping: Flat fee of $3.99. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Order 2 or more Lightning Loops and qualify for free economy shipping
- Expedited Shipping: Flat fee of $7.99. Delivery is typically within 2-3 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to customers within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by visiting the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Carrier
- All shipments are fulfilled through our logistics partner, Flexport. Depending on your location and shipping preferences, Flexport may use various carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be occasions when shipping is delayed due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, holidays, or carrier issues). If your delivery is delayed, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
