Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Lightning Loop, LLC! We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Returns are managed directly through Shopify’s return portal. To initiate a return, please visit the return link provided in your order confirmation or contact us at support@lightninglooppickleball.com for assistance.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

A restocking fee of 8% will be applied to all returns, except for defective or incorrect products.
- Return requests made for the purpose of obtaining promotional pricing (including BOGO, holiday sales, limited-time discounts, etc.) are not permitted. Orders placed prior to a promotion are not eligible for return based on price changes.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The 8% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total (unless due to a defective/incorrect product).
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, please initiate the return through Shopify or contact us at support@lightninglooppickleball.com and we’ll coordinate the replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
